Shipping

Where do you ship? 

Right now we ship our products anywhere in the United States! Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

How are you sending my order? 

All orders are shipped via USPS using either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, you can make a selection at check out. At this time we do not ship via FedEx or UPS, sorry about that!

How is my shipping price calculated? 

The Postal Service utilizes a weight based shipping price method - each item is weighed prior to being put on our site, and the weights are combined when multiple items are purchased at one time. It is a rare occurrence but if the price of your shipping label differs from what the site calculates you will receive a refund for the difference.

When will my order be sent out? 

We ship at the beginning of each week, normally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you place an order any time after Tuesday it will most likely go out that next Monday. If you have a time sensitive order or any concerns please call the bakery.

I'd like to order a gift for a birthday/event on a specific date, when should I order? 

We can schedule orders as far as 30 days in advance, if you have a birthday or other event you are planning for please note that in your order comments and we will schedule accordingly. If you have any additional concerns or questions just give us a call!

It's summer / I live in a super warm climate, will my order be okay? 

During the warmer season (May - September) we include an ice pack with every order, and wrap your products in insulated bubble wrap. If it is outside of the warmer season but you're still concerned about your items you may purchase an ice pack under Gifts & More and we will wrap it up safely for you!

 

Allergens & Ingredients

I have a gluten/nut allergy concern, what can I order? 

The ingredients for each of our products is listed under their product description, please note that while we do produce gluten free and nut free items our production space is neither entirely nut free or certified gluten free. If you are highly allergic to nuts or gluten our products may not be for you! 

We do not use Palm Oil. 

I have a dairy allergy, what can I order? 

Absolutely everything! We are a vegan bakery, and a fully vegan space. 

 

Macarons

All of the boxes are bakers choice, can I ask that a specific flavor be included? 

We do our absolute best to honor wishes for specific flavors when we are able. If you would like a specific flavor for an event we have a minimum of 50 pieces per flavor to make your order, with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. 

How should I store my macarons once they arrive? 

Macarons can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, and in the freezer for up to two months. They should always be kept in an airtight container, and served at room temperature.  

 

Wholesale

We offer a small selection of items for bulk or retail wholesale. 

To inquire please email info@sweetmaresa.com using the subject line "Wholesale Account Inquiry". In the email please include your website or social media link, as well as a bit about your business and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

 

2023 Custom Work: 

***We currently have all of 2022 booked out, and are no longer accepting any custom work (that includes birthday cakes, sorry) for the remainder of 2022.  We are however, accepting 2023 inquiries.***

Gluten free cake and custom writing available, $10 additional each.
